About the Role
RK Web Solutions is hiring an experienced SEO Manager to lead strategy, client accounts, and team execution. This is a leadership role where you move beyond execution into owning SEO growth, managing client relationships, and mentoring a small team.
You will work directly on high-impact client accounts, driving measurable organic growth across B2B, eCommerce, and local SEO campaigns using data-driven and AI-first SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Account Management
- Lead SEO strategy for our client accounts with clear KPIs, growth targets, and ROI focus
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Conduct keyword research, topic research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
- Prioritize high-impact keywords to drive qualified traffic and conversions
- Drive organic traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth
- Monitor search performance across channels and continuously improve rankings
2. Content Strategy, On-Page & Off-Page SEO
- Plan and execute SEO-driven content strategies, topic clusters, and keyword targeting
- Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, internal links, content structure)
- Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, search engine and AI-friendly content
- Ensure content aligns with user intent and target audience needs
- Develop and execute link-building and authority growth strategies
- Build systems and best practices to ensure all content is SEO-optimized
3. Technical SEO & Website Optimization
- Identify and resolve crawl issues, indexation gaps, and Core Web Vitals issues
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, and overall site architecture
- Work closely with developers to implement and maintain SEO best practices
- Monitor technical metrics such as redirects, page speed, and site health
- Ensure website scalability, performance, and search engine accessibility
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire 3-5 SEO Executives or interns to achieve performance targets
- Review deliverables and maintain quality standards across all SEO activities
- Train team members on tools, workflows, and evolving SEO & AIO trends
- Build SOPs and scalable SEO processes for long-term efficiency
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams for execution
- Manage external partners or agencies when required
5. SEO Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Own end-to-end SEO tracking, analytics, and performance measurement
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and engagement using GA4 & Search Console
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, bounce rate, user behavior) to identify opportunities
- Generate detailed reports and present insights to clients and internal teams
- Provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
- Continuously test, optimize, and refine campaigns for sustained growth
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency preferred) and proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering growth.
Core Skills: Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. Expertise in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and the ability to translate data into an actionable strategy.
Leadership & Communication: Experience mentoring or managing junior team members. Strong client communication and presentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities
Bonus Skills: Experience with AI-driven SEO or automation, knowledge of CRO, PPC, or content strategy.
