About the Role

RK Web Solutions is looking for a proactive SEO Executive to join our growing digital strategy team. This is a high-impact role designed for individuals who are passionate about search engine mechanics and data-driven growth. You will transition from learning SEO fundamentals to executing advanced, AI-driven strategies for global clients across B2B, eCommerce, and Local SEO sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Page & Content Optimization
  • Conduct website audits to identify on-page areas for improvement.
  • Optimize meta tags, headers, and URL structures to align with user intent.
  • Perform keyword research and mapping using Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush.
  • Develop content briefs to guide creators on SEO best practices.
2. Technical SEO Support
  • Monitor site health using Google Search Console.
  • Identify and report crawl errors, indexation issues, and mobile usability gaps.
  • Assist in optimizing Core Web Vitals and page speed in collaboration with developers.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track organic rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics via GA4.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for team leads and clients.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to identify "content gaps" and new opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Educational Background: Graduate in any stream (Candidates from Marketing, IT, or Computer Science are preferred, but we value an analytical mindset over degree type).
  • Core Knowledge: A solid grasp of SEO fundamentals (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO).
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with HTML basics and WordPress/CMS platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel to interpret data.
  • Communication: Ability to document processes clearly and present findings internally.
  • The "Plus" Factor: If you have a Digital Marketing Certification, a personal blog, or experience using AI tools (Gemini/Claude/NotebookLM) to automate SEO workflows, we want to hear about it.
