About the Role

RK Web Solutions is actively hiring a PPC Ads Manager in Mumbai to lead high-performance paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

This is a performance-driven digital marketing role where your decisions directly impact ROI, lead generation, and revenue growth across industries like eCommerce, SaaS, and lead generation.

You will lead paid advertising campaigns, optimize performance using data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale results across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and support LinkedIn campaigns where applicable
  • Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience mapping before campaign launch
  • Build structured campaign architectures (campaigns, ad groups, match types) for better Quality Score and performance
  • Define campaign goals, targeting strategies, and conversion objectives aligned with business outcomes
  • Set up conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, UTM parameters, and platform pixels

2. Campaign Management, Optimization & Budget Control

  • Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, engagement metrics)
  • Perform structured A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures to maximize ROI and efficiency
  • Manage keyword performance, search terms, and implement negative keywords
  • Identify performance anomalies (drop in conversions, Quality Score issues, and spend irregularities) and resolve proactively

3. Conversion Tracking, Analytics & Performance Insights

  • Implement and validate conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools
  • Analyze full funnel performance (impressions → clicks → conversions → revenue)
  • Monitor key metrics like bounce rate, CTR, conversion rate, and user behavior
  • Ensure accurate attribution and data integrity across platforms
  • Build performance dashboards and generate insights using Google Sheets or Looker Studio

4. Client Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Present campaign performance, trends, and optimization strategies to clients
  • Handle day-to-day client communication via calls, email, or messaging
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages
  • Work with SEO and marketing teams to align paid and organic strategies
  • Provide clear briefs for creatives, audience targeting, and campaign objectives

5. Testing, Innovation & AI-Driven Optimization

  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for ad copy ideation, testing, and workflow efficiency
  • Use smart bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions) with data-backed decisions
  • Stay updated with new ad formats and features (Performance Max, Demand Gen, Meta Advantage+)
  • Continuously test new audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies for scaling performance
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative optimization approaches

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads) with a proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing Cost Per Acquisition
Core Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and UTM implementation
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Understanding of A/B testing and landing page optimization
Analytical Thinking: You should be comfortable working with data, identifying performance issues, and implementing solutions that improve campaign outcomes.
Communication: Strong reporting and client communication skills with the ability to explain performance metrics clearly.
Bonus Skills: Experience with eCommerce campaigns, large ad budgets, CRO, or AI-based bidding strategies is a plus.
